Play
You run the game with the AI taking only the roles you give it, down to none at all. Or an optional AI DM improvises and adjudicates by the rules. Either way, the structured state is the source of truth and the dice are rolled in code.
Scry
Forecast a scene before you run it: the likely branches, the single point of failure, the pacing risk. In plain bands, not invented percentages.
The Coach
Drill your GMing or your play. Rubric feedback on agency, pacing, adjudication, and more, that names tradeoffs instead of scoring you.
Run, forecast, improve

Black water laps at your knees as the undercroft opens before you. Something heavy shifts in the dark beyond the lantern light.
◆ Every number traces to a real dice tool. The model narrates; the code rolls.

Does this replace a human Dungeon Master?
No. A human Dungeon Master can run a full campaign here: the platform handles the shared record, dice, sheets, initiative, and campaign continuity, with no model call behind those controls. AI assistance and autonomous AI-led play are separate options a table can choose.
How does multiplayer work?
Invite players with a shareable link the host approves, or address an invite to a friend by username or email and they join on accept. Everyone shares one campaign in real time, with turn order in combat, presence, and private chat. Multiplayer is included on every plan.
Do I need a group to play?
No. Play solo with the AI as your Dungeon Master, or invite friends to a shared table when you want company.
Can I play without any AI?
Yes. Choose “I am the DM” and you run the game: you narrate and adjudicate, and the app is a virtual table that rolls the dice in code, tracks sheets, hit points, conditions, and initiative, and keeps one shared transcript. Those actions make no model call. AI roles are opt-in per campaign, so a table with none defined leaves the model out entirely.
Can I find a group here?
Invites go to people you already know, by link, username, or email; there is no matchmaking today. Bring your friends, and the community blog and subreddit are where players gather between games.
Do I need to know the rules?
No. The engine adjudicates by the SRD 5.2 ruleset and rolls the dice for you. You describe what your character does; it handles the mechanics.
Is it free?
There is a free tier to start. Paid plans and credits add more daily play, image generation, and read-aloud audio.
Can I use my own homebrew?
Yes. Generate monsters, NPCs, magic items, spells, and locations, all SRD 5.2 compatible with challenge ratings checked in code, then save them into a campaign. The AI DM treats your homebrew as canon and runs it as written.
Can I use my own AI model?
Yes. Use the built-in provider, bring your own API key, or point it at a local model.
